The following outlines the payroll schedule for full-time faculty:

Full-Time Faculty Working Fall and Spring Semesters

  • 9-Month Letter of Appointment Paid Over 9 Months: September through May,

    OR

  • 9-Month Letter of Appointment Paid Over 12 Months: September through August

Full-Time Faculty Working Summer Semester

  • 3-Month Letter of Appointment Paid Over 3 Months: June through August
 
Full-Time Faculty Overload Assignments and Part-Time Adjunct Instructor Payroll Schedule

The following outlines the payroll schedule for full-time faculty overload assignments and part-time adjunct instructors: 

Fall Semester

  • Full Term Courses: September through December
  • 1st Mini Term Courses: September and October
  • 2nd Mini Term Courses: November and December
  • Minimester Courses: October through December

Spring Semester

  • Full Term Courses: February through May
  • 1st Mini Term Courses: February through March
  • 2nd Mini Term Courses: March through May
  • Minimester Courses: March through May

Summer Semester

  • Full Term Courses: June through August
  • 1st Mini Term Courses: June
  • 2nd Mini Term Courses: July through August
